He even gets to hear the most tragic stories as those who do not approach anyone seek refuge in his wisdom. Most people who are called to become an instrument of God get to attend colleges and universities first. Basically they attend Theology classes to learn more about the religion they want to be a productive member in. There are many excellent colleges for such purpose.
